Senior Stylist

About This Role:

As a full-time stylist for Capitol, you are responsible for:

• Servicing all Capitol guests by initiating interaction and greeting each client or potential client with a smile and warmth
• Consistently meeting sales targets
• Maintaining knowledge of merchandise and upcoming events
• Takes ownership of inventory and visuals by maintaining a clean environment
• Support the Irene Neuwirth jewelry department by displaying fine jewelry and collaborating on cross-selling between the Irene Neuwirth Shop in Shop and Capitol

General Requirements:

• Available during working hours - specific schedule to be determined:
  • Monday-Friday: 9:45am-6:15pm
  • Saturdays: 9:30am-6:30pm
  • Sundays: 10:45am-5:15pm
• 3-5 years of previous sales experience required, preferably in luxury retail.
• Performs other duties as required or requested.
• Contributes to the positive team efforts of both the store and the company.
• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive individual, company, and customer data without exception.
• Acts upon critical issues immediately within the position's authority and/or asks for assistance/decision making from management. 
• Makes suggestions to improve daily store sales, operations and overall flow.
• Actively participates and present at all store events and trunk shows.

Social Media & Operations Coordinator

Overview:

We are seeking a full-time E-Commerce, Social Media, and Operations Coordinator that is self-motivated, self-generating, and team-oriented with excellent organizational skills. In this position, the coordinator will be responsible for supporting our e-commerce operations, help to ensure our marketing and social media goals are met and/or exceeded, and supporting the operations flow of the back office. This role will support the team by completing the assigned responsibilities as outlined below:

Responsibilities:

E-Commerce

• Product Set Up Support: ensure incoming inventory is represented online.
  • Product image editing in Photoshop
  • Schedule and coordinate e-commerce product photoshoots as needed (1-2 monthly)
  • Maintain product category integrity
• Order fulfillment and management for Capitol Brentwood online orders.
• Responsible for product imagery acquisition for brands carried in the stores. 
• Answer customer inquiries and provide any additional information/photos.

Social Media

• Work as part of the digital team on marketing campaigns and bring original ideas specific to Capitol Brentwood
• Develop and pitch social media plans and campaigns
• Create content daily based on new arrivals and digital marketing plans (photos, videos, IG reels, stop-motion GIFs)
• Stay up to date on and understand new trends and implement the same for the brand's growth
• Implement strategies that increase audience interaction and engagement
• Research industry innovations and tools
• Use analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns and report back to the digital team
• Understand and maintain brand voice and identity
• Connect with clients via DM and comments to answer any questions, assist them, connect them with a stylist, etc.

Operations

• Carefully receiving merchandise in Lightspeed efficiently. Receiving and accepting includes:
  • Importing inventory prior to receipt
  • Unpacking and handling garments with care
  • Steaming
  • Tagging
  • Pulling for noted clients and communicating with the sales staff when new merchandise arrives in order to move the product quicker
• Inventory management and control
  • Work with Brentwood Buyer & Operations Lead to ensure physical inventory matches on-hand inventory listed in Lightspped
  • Work with Brentwood Buyer & Operations Lead to send end of month reports to accountant
  • Perform physical inventory counts weekly
  • Reconcile negative inventory
• Assist with markdowns/liquidation
• Support Trunk Show planning and execution with an emphasis in managing the trunk show inventory
• Manage repairs & RTVs
• Maintain delivery log
• Re-order all shipping/packaging and store supplies
• Maintain back office organization

• Has an understanding of our clients/audience and what content will resonate with them
• A great collaborator, bringing their own original ideas and collaborating with team members to build strong campaigns together
• Knowledgeable of social media platforms such as Facebook, Facebook Commerce, Instagram, Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.
• Passionate about styling and luxury fashion 
• Skilled in copywriting, photography, image editing, and video editing
• Eager to learn about new industry innovations and tools

General Requirements:

• 2+ years of e-commerce or digital marketing background preferred
• Experience in Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator preferred
• Work Hours: 8:30am-4:00pm Monday-Friday
